We won’t deny that it needs a bit of practice, but perseverance will be rewarded once you can race your car into the funnel and get it spinning round at unbelievable speeds.
The Canadian-based Thinkway Toys have uploaded a Lazer Stunt Chaser commercial that shows the Dragonfire and Flameout cars as well as several playsets including the Cyclone Force and Double Roll. Turn your speakers up!

We’re pleased to reveal that the first two Lazer Stunt Chaser cars will be called Dragonfire and Flameout. Each will have a slightly different design, but both will be available with a ramp, recharger and remote.

Having now had a chance to catch our breath after the initial product demo, we’re able to bring you some extra details on Lazer Stunt Chaser toys that will be distributed by Flair in 2011.
These “light controlled” stunt cars literally chase projected light from an infrared remote that you control. They can be used in the dark or in full daylight, but if you want the light-up wheels to have the maximum impact then you’ll probably want to turn the lights down low.
With a range of around 40 feet, there are an endless number of tricks and jumps that you can do with these cars. You can flip them over, send them up a homemade ramp or get your hands on some of the innovative playsets that make a whole load more tricks possible.
Because each car has a choice of two radio channels, you can even race two of your Lazer Stunt Chaser cars side-by-side for added fun.
As the brainchild of Thinkway Toys – the Canadian toy company that specialises in high-tech electronic toys – we knew Lazer Stunt Chasers were going to be something pretty special.
Although we had already heard some rumours that numerous toy companies had been battling to win the UK distribution license for Lazer Stunt Chaser toys, we still nearly fell off our chairs when we first saw the product demo’d at London’s Toy Fair.
These incredible light-powered cars are set to take the country by storm when they are released over here around July 2011 – and we’ll be posting a full product review in due course.
